Terms & conditions apply. All submissions must:
1) Be of a whimsical nature.
2) Be Intellectually owned by the proposer (or chored long enough ago that it smells of thee & poses no legal implications).
3) Be not just a picture of your dog, cat, goat, terrapin or dinner (tho roast chav may be considered).
4) Be submitted.
5) Have a name or description, to aid the judges decision, which will be fairly final.

- The Third Episcopal Church of The Divine Whimsy (ECDW) is a tri-theist belief system based upon the teachings of the Grand Prophets of Excess, Reason, and Mystery. Initiates to the ECDW undergo an extensive physical and mental training program handed down from the Grand Prophets. Only once an Initiate has reached a state of harmony with the three-leafed clover of Whimsy may they be accepted as an acolyte, and follow in the Divine Footfalls of The Grand Prophets.
